HBS Live Online Classroom
Learn more about our real-time, interactive online classroom.
Just as HBS pioneered the case study method, we also built the first live, online classroom in 2014 and have been refining and optimizing our virtual program experience ever since. Today, our live virtual programs reflect the input and experience of tens of thousands of participants.
The Harvard Business School Live Online Classroom is a real-time, interactive online classroom that brings our famed case method to life in a digital environment. Participants can connect from a computer anywhere in the world and engage with faculty members and peers just like they would in a Harvard Business School classroom. Faculty teach from a state-of-the-art classroom located on campus—walking learners through real decisions made by industry-leading companies and asking them to discuss and debate in real-time how they would approach a particular business challenge.
In the classroom, participants are displayed on individual screens simultaneously. Sessions are expertly produced using still and roaming cameras—creating the perspective for participants of being in a real classroom, seeing both the faculty members and their peers.
Although there is a set time to log in for HBS Live Online program sessions, you can engage in the program while at work or at home, making it a flexible option for executives.
