Succeeding in complex real estate markets means taking a holistic approach and addressing challenges with a cross-disciplinary perspective. It’s crucial to understand how the industry—and the interplay of design, development, financing, and investment—is evolving.  

The Real Estate Management Program, presented jointly with the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, examines sustainability goals, design considerations, financing strategies, industry relationships, new technologies, and key issues confronting leaders in the industry. You will sharpen your practical knowledge and strategic skills to move quickly on new opportunities, increase resilience, and maximize asset value.

Case materials and a detailed schedule will be made available approximately two weeks prior to program start. Optional sessions at the start of the program may be helpful for executives who are newer to the industry as well as those who want a refresher on financial subjects such as stabilized building ROI and discounted cash flow.
