Who Will Benefit From a Custom Program
A custom program is a high-impact learning experience tailored to a specific company or organization with annual revenues of at least $2 billion. Customizing an executive education experience gives your organization a unique opportunity to improve the skills and expertise of large groups of executives simultaneously as they address core business challenges or goals. Most of our custom programs are designed for a large group of c-suite or senior level executives across the business.
A typical program might address a population of the top 200 leaders of the organization, split into four cohorts of 50 people, with each cohort coming to campus for a five-day program. Custom programs are typically offered to groups of 40 to 100 executives who come to the HBS campus to learn and grow together during multi-day or multi-module learning experiences.
Many organizations have chosen to take advantage of both custom programs and the open-enrollment HBS Executive Education programs—including the Comprehensive Leadership Programs and three to five-day programs focused on particular business topics—because the two meet different needs.
