Custom Program Structure
Through our long experience delivering participant-centered executive education, we have evolved a custom program design that optimizes learning, teaching, and discussion. The number of executives in a cohort participating typically ranges from 40 to 100 participants.
Most custom programs are delivered on our Boston campus. Participants learn, sleep, and eat on campus in an area dedicated and specifically designed for Executive Education. We also deliver custom programs in our classrooms in Shanghai and Mumbai or, occasionally at client locations.
Programs may include a single module or multiple modules, with each module ranging from three to 10 days. Programs with multiple modules may be designed to provide participants the opportunity to apply their learning back at work and then return to campus to discuss their experiences, or to work on special projects identified during the on-campus module.
In addition, programs can be designed to blend residential in-person learning with virtual learning, either alternating residential and virtual modules or grouping them together. This type of blended program can be used to extend the learning journey or cascade the learning from one group of senior executives to leaders in other tiers of the organization. For example, you could begin with a residential program for the top tier of the organization, and then, drawing on the same faculty and content, deliver a portion of that curriculum in virtual modules to groups of leaders in the next levels of the organization.
