What You Will Learn

Before coming to campus, participants will attend 10 hours of live virtual sessions in the HBS Live Online Classroom and complete 30 hours of self-paced work through HBS Online. In addition, participants should set aside 8 to 10 hours per week for self-paced case preparation prior to arriving on campus.
The two weeks of full-time, in-person learning on the HBS campus will feature interactive faculty presentations, case studies, small group discussions, in-depth self-assessments, dealmaking simulations, and leadership exercises. As you reassess your personal goals, identify your leadership blind spots, and fine-tune your leadership style, you will emerge with a personal action plan for accelerating your career—and sustaining your company's success.
