What You Will Learn
This program offers a powerful learning and networking opportunity that will broaden your perspective on the many ways boards and directors can address emerging challenges—from the need to keep pace with technological advances to the pressures of responding to issues like climate change. Through faculty presentations, case studies, and small-group work, you and your peers will examine the topics affecting today's boards and discover new governance strategies.
This program provides insight from relevant case studies as well as the opportunity to hear directly from some case protagonists. Regardless of when you last attended an HBS Executive Education program, you will discover engaging new ways to deliver more value as a board member.
Participants should expect to spend at least 9-12 hours on self-paced case preparation prior to attending the program. Case materials will be made available approximately two weeks prior to program start.
