The curriculum is presented over two months. A virtual module will take place in between in-person modules to give participants the opportunity to apply new insights at work.

Participants will receive a detailed schedule and the case materials approximately two weeks before the program starts.

Pre-program

Participants should expect to spend at least 9-12 hours on self-paced case preparation prior to attending the program.

Module 1: Full-Time, HBS Campus

  • Participants will identify patterns of success and failure in turbulent environments

Module 2: Part-Time, Virtual (Live Online and Self-Paced)

  • Participants will attend live online sessions on three Wednesdays (October 23, November 6, and November 20) from 12:30–3:30 p.m. ET.

  • Partcipants will conduct experiments with immediate application at work and complete self-paced work

  • Participants should set aside 5-7 hours per week in addition to time spent in the live online sessions

Module 3: Full-Time, HBS Campus

  • Participants will build on lessons learned to broaden your perspective on challenges facing businesses and society
