Maurizio Travaglini

    Bio

Maurizio Travaglini's practice is about helping organizations face their most critical, complex, adaptive challenges. As the founder of his consulting practice Architects Of Group Genius, he designs and facilitates immersive, collaborative experiences aimed at developing interventions with an experimental mindset, and building the individual and collective capacity to lead for innovation.

The core of his work consists in creating a new space for people to work together and evolve the way they practice leadership. With his team, he creates a structure for the emergence of innovation: not just in the outcome of the work, but also in the way of working.

Over the last 20 years, he has worked on six continents, in forty countries, for over three hundred missions, for organizations like Moderna, Renault, Feeding America, OECD, World Bank, Open Society Foundations, Art Basel, Lavazza, Jeep, Ferrero, The Bridgespan Group, Unilever, General Electric, Audi, Unicredit, and the World Economic Forum.

For the past decade, Maurizio has also brought to life new leadership development programs at academic institutions such as the Harvard University Graduate School of Design, Harvard Business School, and the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy in Singapore. He has co-designed and co-facilitated several programs on Adaptive Leadership in collaboration with Professor Ron Heifetz of the Harvard Kennedy School. He also serves as Adjunct Professor of Leadership and Innovation at the École des Ponts Business School in Paris.
