As you examine the leadership challenges presented by growth, you will gain insight into the broad impact expansion can have on innovation, operations, corporate and business strategy, financing, culture, talent management—and your brand.
Through a rich learning experience that includes faculty presentations, case studies, current research, interactive sessions, and group discussions, you will dive into the strategies critical to successful business expansion. The program takes place over two weeks, with live, synchronous classes from 12:00 to 2:30 PM ET Monday through Friday. The program also includes an introductory session on the first Sunday from 12:00 to 2:00 PM ET, as well as daily optional sessions from 3:00 to 4:00 PM ET. Class sessions will take place via the Zoom platform. In addition, participants can expect to spend five hours per week in virtual discussion groups and five hours per week for asynchronous, self-paced work. There is also ample opportunity for interaction with faculty and peers inside and outside the class sessions.
Collaborative learning is an integral part of the experience. To maximize the benefit for everyone, you are expected to attend every session, complete all assignments, and contribute effectively in the class and in small groups.
