This corporate performance management program also presents the opportunity to apply your learning through interactive exercises. For example, you will apply the case studies and lectures to develop your own OAS (Objective, Advantage, Scope) strategy statement and link it to a customized strategy map and balanced scorecard that you create for your organization. You will learn how to use the Job Design Optimization Tool (JDOT) to optimize accountability and authority.
Participants should expect to spend at least 9-12 hours on self-paced case preparation prior to attending the program. Case materials will be made available approximately two weeks prior to program start.
