Executive compensation has become a flashpoint issue for board members, institutional investors, regulators, and the media.

The Compensation and Human Capital Committees program enables committee chairs and members to design more effective compensation plans. You will examine the evolving regulatory climate and explore best practices for aligning executive pay with business strategy, company goals, and shareholder expectations.

  • This program is not a fit for board members of state-owned enterprises or companies funded by governments, nor is it appropriate for human resource directors or human resource managers
