Pre-work will include self-paced, asynchronous online coursework; introductions to your virtual learning groups, faculty, and your HBS executive coach; and community networking events. Participants should set aside 12-15 hours per week to complete pre-work before the start of Block 1.
Blended modular format (Fall 2021) – Four highly integrated modules are presented over 6 months, with 6 weeks of study on campus—two on-campus modules and two virtual, self-paced modules. Participants should set aside 8-10 hours per week to complete work during each virtual, self-paced module.

Both program formats provide the time and support you need to build trusting relationships with a group of peers outside your organization who not only can understand your challenges, but also can provide objective feedback. Each day, you will gain new insights by:
During the upcoming virtual delivery of AMP, running 05 APR-25 JUN 2021, living groups will be replaced with virtual learning groups.

All coaching sessions are strictly confidential, giving you the freedom to share your personal goals and professional challenges.
Throughout the program you will work on developing a personal case. Your personal case will involve building a comprehensive strategy and implementation plan that will address a personal leadership challenge or strategic opportunity facing your organization. As you develop your personal case, the faculty, your living group, and your HBS Executive Coach will deliver feedback that will help you fine-tune your action plan.
