Both offerings are designed to advance learning in the real estate industry. However, the overall content for each is unique, in order to enable participants to build specific sets of competencies.

Real Estate Executive Seminar

This seminar is designed to provide experienced owners, REIT officers, senior executives, and their industry service providers with the knowledge, frameworks, and tools to evaluate and optimize new local and global building opportunities, development financing, capital allocation, portfolio management, and organizational change. Within the context of current political, regulatory, and environmental constraints, participants learn how to manage complex projects, successfully grow their real estate portfolios, and continually evolve as real estate industry leaders.

Real Estate Management Program

This program is designed to provide mid-level real estate managers—including real estate owners, REIT officers, private real estate developers, and real estate industry service providers—with exposure to the state-of-the-art business management techniques, current real estate trends, and personal development and leadership skills required to take on greater leadership challenges. The Real Estate Management Program helps position participants to expand their scope of responsibilities and return to their organizations ready to lead.
