Who Is Right for the Program
The Program for Leadership Development is designed specifically for managers and functional specialists who have approximately 10 years of work experience and are considered to be outstanding prospects for leadership within their organizations. The goal is to assemble a group of participants that represents diverse business functions, companies, industries, and countries.
