In a world where "macro" trumps "micro," companies must understand the complex issues that are driving economic and political trends across the globe. Managers of companies with international operations must be equipped with the tools necessary to evaluate future foreign direct investment, while financial investors must be ready to decide resource allocation across sectors in diverse geographies. This new program examines how the macroeconomic rebalancing that is following the financial crises is creating new investment opportunities and risks in established as well as in developing markets across the globe.
Focused on the macroeconomic trends that culminated in the U.S. current account deficit and the European sovereign debt crisis, this new program examines the financial, institutional, and political trends that are reshaping the world economy. You will explore the key factors that are shifting the global balance of power and generating new investment opportunities worldwide.
This new program was designed for mid-level to senior managers of multinational companies charged with resource allocation and for finance professionals whose responsibilities are influenced by global macroeconomic developments.
