Your Course of Study
The intensive two-week curriculum covers six general topics essential to small business management: leadership, strategy, marketing, accounting and finance, innovation, and negotiation. Along with examining the value and interrelationship of these key business issues, you will focus on anticipating, managing, and adapting to change.
