Designing and Executing Strategy—China is intended for senior executives doing business in Asia across a wide range of industries. Participants may represent state-owned or private companies operating in a single Asian country and looking to expand internationally, multinational companies with operations in one or more Asian countries, or global companies from any region seeking to enhance their business strategy for Asia. Candidates may be general or functional managers, but should have significant responsibility for strategy development and strategic decision making in their companies.
Typical participant titles include:
- Executive committee member
- Chief operating officer
- Senior or executive vice president
- Head or general manager of a major business unit
- Senior functional head
- Leader of a government agency
This program meets the needs of individuals or teams. When general managers or chief operating officers attend along with other senior strategists, the management team can more effectively drive processes for defining, executing, and dynamically adjusting winning strategies for their firms.
Language
To ensure the most comprehensive learning experience, Designing and Executing Strategy—China is taught in both English and Chinese with translation. Participants will preselect either Chinese or English for their classroom materials. When forming discussion groups, program administrators consider each senior executive's language capabilities to ensure optimal exchange of ideas within the group.
