Compensation Committees New Challenges, New Solutions

Escalating criticism of top management compensation is driving compensation committees to rethink their strategies and approach. In this program, participants explore creative approaches that tie compensation more closely to corporate performance while motivating top managers.

What You Can Expect
By examining the root causes of compensation issues, participants are able to identify and address the concerns of shareholders and other parties. The program helps committee members rethink their own board's charters and rebuild their organization's compensation plans.

Your Course of Study
The intensive curriculum focuses on the design and development of compensation plans that link executive rewards to company goals. Participants also learn how to design and implement more effective processes to guide committee activities.

Who Is Right for the Program
The program is specifically intended for directors of public company boards who serve as chairs or other members of compensation committees. To maximize impact, attendance by several representatives from a given organization is encouraged.
