Mellon HallThe Andrew W. Mellon Hall residence facility features eight "project groups" within 68 bedrooms. The composition of each project group is determined by the administration prior to the start of the program. Every effort is made to provide a balanced diversity in each project group; industry, geographic origin and functional representation are all taken into consideration. Each project group has a common project/conference room with amenities including: computer, printer, 50" plasma projection monitor with laptop hookup/HDTV with cable, DVD/VCR player, conference phone, refrigerator, coffee/tea maker, filtered water (hot and cold), bottled water and juice and canned soda. Individual bedrooms include a private bathroom and basic amenities as well as a desktop computer with high-speed Internet access. Housekeeping service is provided daily (except Sundays). For international participants, the voltage for electronic devices is 120V. When calling any telephone number within Harvard University using a campus phone (including the numbers listed below), you need only dial the last five digits of the number. For example, to reach the Mellon Program Office from your bedroom phone, simply dial 6-6590 (the full number is 617-496-6590). Should you have any questions or need anything during your stay, please do not hesitate to contact the program staff at 617-496-6590 or stop by the program office, located on the first floor adjoining the main lounge. The office is normally staffed 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Friday (hours vary on weekends). We will be happy to assist you in any way that we can.
