Campus Life
Facilities
An interactive learning environment
Every facet of an HBS Executive Education program—from participant selection…to amphitheater classroom seating…to learning group design…to social activities—is crafted carefully to promote dynamic interchange and shared learning among accomplished peers from diverse companies, industries, and countries. To reinforce the School's extraordinary sense of community, our campus learning facilities foster peer-to-peer engagement at every level, from collaborative research to casual conversation. For many participants, this is one of the most rewarding aspects of the HBS experience.
Classrooms
At HBS Executive Education, even the physical construction of the classrooms is carefully designed to fulfill the needs of our participatory learning model. To accommodate the energetic discussions of case-based learning, HBS classrooms feature an amphitheater seating design that gives every participant unobstructed sightlines to the boards, to the professor, and to each other, as well as cutting-edge acoustics that allow everyone to be heard without strain. Each room is fitted with multimedia technology for introducing video, presentations, and live web material into case discussions.
