Living on the HBS Campus

On the Harvard Business School campus, learning is not confined to the classroom. Our living arrangements, as well as our dining and recreational facilities, are designed not just for individual comfort, but also to encourage vibrant interaction among participants.

Living Accommodations

Executive Education participants live on campus in suites of six to eight single, private rooms arranged around a common area. To enhance learning and stimulate collaboration, these living groups are equipped with state-of-the-art multimedia equipment.

Individual bedrooms include a private bath and standard amenities, as well as, a desktop computer equipped with high-speed Internet access. In addition, wireless Internet is available throughout all HBS Executive Education facilities.

The program fee covers accommodations, along with tuition, books, case materials, and most meals.

Other Facilities

To reinforce the School's extraordinary sense of community, participants share meals in a dedicated Executive Education dining facility adjacent to the residence halls.

HBS encourages all participants to maintain good health and fitness habits, providing access to the extensive fitness and recreational sports facilities at the School.

Conveniences

Many other conveniences are within close proximity to the residence halls, including automatic teller machines (ATMs), a post office, a pub, and a bookstore that sells insignia apparel, gift items, toiletries, and more.

Accessibility

Assistance is available for Executive Education participants with disabilities, which may include mobility, vision, hearing, and other physical impairments or health conditions, as well as learning disabilities. Accommodations also can be made for short-term disabilities related to accidents or medical conditions and treatments.

If you have any special needs, you may wish to take advantage of the assistance that HBS and the University offer. Please contact Ms. Nancy Dellarocco with inquiries regarding disability services (1-617-496-9753 or ndellarocco@hbs.edu.)
